Domestic: 2 – 5 working days (depends on local postal/courier services).
- Buyer must pay 100% of product price.
- Buyer must bare local postal/courier charge
- Buyer must collect the product from over the counter of postal/courier station.
- In case of sales return buyer must bare shipping cost for courier
- We will charge 10% penalty after product (Sales Return) receiving by “ECO Dreams”, and payment will be via bank check to buyer.
International: 15 – 25 working days (depends on International postal /Courier Services)
- International buyer must pay 100% of product price.
- Buyer must bare International postal/courier charge, VAT/TAX/C&F/Insurance cost (if applicable.
- Buyer must collect the product from over the counter of postal/courier station/Shipment port/C&F agent/Personal Post Box/Home address on his own risk.
- We will charge 15% penalty after product (Sales Return) receiving by “ECO Dreams”, and payment will be via bank check on favor to buyer.
- We normally doesn't support sales return from direct customers but in case of major problem claim
o We consider it but buyer must receive it from postal/courier station/Shipment port/C&F agent/Personal Post Box/Home address and
o After negotiation over phone conversion Bayer should return as per instruction during conversation.
o Shipping cost for courier and other expanse must be bare by buyer

- “ECO Dremas” only accepts product returns on damaged goods and wrong delivery of products. buyer may Cancel the order during delivery(Dhaka City) without any valid reason but must need to pay an amount of BDT 150 or 5% of product price which is large as service charge in cash to the delivery person.
- In case of damaged product delivery or Wrong product (one different from the model that you have ordered online) ECO Dreams takes full responsibility. so please check and verify the product in front of our delivery person before payment.
- We do not support product exchanges.
- Wrongly delivered packages must be returned as intact and should be unused.

- Upon registration of your complaint, our representatives will guide you on how to proceed with the product return.
