Should I tip the delivery representative?
We don't recommend or allow any tips to our delivery representatives. Our only recommendation is your review about our product and services on our website and our delivery representative may request about your review during delivery of product.
What about quality?
 We come to provide best quality environment friendly products for you but if you are dissatisfied, you can always send them back with the delivery person. If you forget to do that, you can call us within 3 days and we will replace the item for free. To know more details please read our Quality Assurance article and sale return policy.

What is your policy on refunds?
 You may get a refund within seven (7) days on unopened or spoil goods. Please read refund policy.
How do you deliver?
It depends on location & volume of ordered products. we deliver by foot, bicycle, rickshaw, Delivery van, car, truck etc. Our goal is to satisfy our customer by delivering all your products to them timely.
What about the prices?
Our prices are fixed to all our retailers, distributors and showrooms but we try our best to offer our product below market prices including home delivery for a bulk buy. If you feel that any product is priced unfairly in any of our retailers, distributors and showrooms; please let us know. We take necessary steps as earliest as you complain.
Why should we buy from you when I have a re-seller/distributor store of your product nearby?
Well, that is up to you but most of the times we provide 5% discount for large volume or special product group package buy from us. On the other hand as we are manufacturer so you can buy the latest design and model product which may not available on our distributors over the city.
Will you give warranties and after sales service?
 After the delivery, we provide limited warranties for some specific product and mostly we provide after sale services for our entire product.
Are the items delivered as per the display on Web Pages?
Yes in most cases. However there might be slight variation in color which may look deep or light as image on website.
What do you do with my personal details?
We do not use your personal details provided during registration for any other commercial purpose. We need your particulars only to contact you in case of any problem in delivery or to reconfirm the orders in case of high value items. This will also help us if any person wrongly uses your credit card without your knowledge.
